We are unbelievably excited to announce the birth of Henry Dziedzic, the brand new baby boy of Harried & Hungry owners Harry and Tina Dziedzic. Henry was born November 16th at 3:59 a.m, and Harry and Tina couldn’t be happier.
Because Tina is an only child and Henry is the first baby born among Harry and his two siblings, there are a lot of excited grandparents and family members surrounding the newest Dziedzic! Henry arrived just in time to be present for the H&H Thanksgiving dinner where all his relatives were able to admire him:
Tina used to to do the bookkeeping at Harried & Hungry, and it’s been a little hectic since she’s been gone. Tina and Harry are both sleeping a lot less, but Harry says that it’s “100% worth every minute,” and he even gets up an hour or two early to hang out with Henry before his 4 a.m. shift—yes, that early. Harry’s dad and brother are helping out at the cafe in Tina’s absence, and Tina’s mom has been an enormous help as well, making this little family-owned and operated restaurant even more of a family affair!
Harry and Tina are excited to share their announcement with the Harried and Hungry extended family of customers and friends. Thanks for all your support throughout the years, and for making H&H a dream come true for the Dziedzics! You can bet they’re excited for when Henry can start eating solid food and enjoy some of his dad’s cooking!
