Our box lunches contain a fresh-baked cookie, Izze beverage, Tim’s Cascade chips for the sandwiches and wraps, and fresh-baked ciabatta bread and butter for the salads with mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, napkin and utensils.

We designed our catering menu for upcoming meetings and events. It includes delivery to your meeting location. Meanwhile, we designed our café menu for same-day, to-go orders. Its items are available for priority pickup from our café.

How soon in advance should I place my catering order?2024-06-06T16:05:02-07:00

You need to place catering orders online at least one day in advance. If you have a same-day order, please call our catering department at 206-264-7900. We’ll do our best to facilitate your request!

Our delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Is there a minimum order size or delivery fee?2024-06-06T16:00:05-07:00

Yes. There is a $50 minimum order size for delivery and a $5 fee on delivered orders. Of course, if you choose to pick up your order from our café, there’s no minimum order size and no delivery fee.

We currently deliver to Seattle, West Seattle, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell, Shoreline, SeaTac, Renton, Burien, Des Moines, Kent, Redmond, Kirkland, and Bellevue. If you think you might be outside our delivery zone, give us a call at 206-264-7900 for confirmation.

It’s convenient, and checkout is fast. We can tie multiple employees in your organization to the same account, and we do all the billing for you! To learn more about our house accounts, give us a call.

Yes. Call our catering department at 206-264-7900 if you need to adjust your order or cancel your order altogether. Please note that last-minute adjustments may incur a fee if we’ve already begun production on your order.

Can I cancel today’s order?2024-06-06T15:50:17-07:00

You can cancel your order ONLY BY CALLING — NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS! Call 206-264-7900 12 hours before your scheduled order to avoid any charges. Orders you cancel after the 12-hour cancellation window are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, you can’t cancel orders same day after 8 a.m. We will process and deliver them as normal.

Our café is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The earliest pickup time for your online order is 11 a.m., and the latest is 2 p.m. We’re closed on federal holidays and bank holidays.

How soon in advance should I place my café pickup order?2024-06-06T15:42:48-07:00

It depends on the size of your order. Your order can be ready in as little as 15 minutes if it’s for one or two items. If you order more than that, it may take a bit longer because we make everything fresh to order. When you check out, you’ll be asked to choose a pickup time. Your earliest pickup time will be calculated on the size of your order and the time you place it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. For catering orders, we also accept company checks. Additionally, we offer house accounts for frequent customers who prefer that we bill them monthly. To learn more about our house accounts, give us a call.

Yes! A special requests field is on all our menu items online, so you can tag any item with a special request when adding it to your cart. If you have a request that you can’t enter this way, please give us a call at 206-264-7900. We’ll make sure to take care of these requests.

You need to place and pay for each day’s order individually.

You must place orders 24 hours before we’re scheduled to deliver the student’s meal.

You can place orders as far in advance as you like! We will release next months menu in the middle of the previous month.

You must cancel orders no later than 7 a.m. on the day of the student’s lunch delivery.

No, all lunches delivered to the school will not have a delivery charge.
