We designed our catering menu for upcoming meetings and events. It includes delivery to your meeting location. Meanwhile, we designed our café menu for same-day, to-go orders. Its items are available for priority pickup from our café.

Yes. There is a $50 minimum order size for delivery and a $5 fee on delivered orders. Of course, if you choose to pick up your order from our café, there’s no minimum order size and no delivery fee.

Yes. Call our catering department at 206-264-7900 if you need to adjust your order or cancel your order altogether. Please note that last-minute adjustments may incur a fee if we’ve already begun production on your order.
You can cancel your order ONLY BY CALLING — NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS! Call 206-264-7900 12 hours before your scheduled order to avoid any charges. Orders you cancel after the 12-hour cancellation window are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, you can’t cancel orders same day after 8 a.m. We will process and deliver them as normal.

Our café is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The earliest pickup time for your online order is 11 a.m., and the latest is 2 p.m. We’re closed on federal holidays and bank holidays.
It depends on the size of your order. Your order can be ready in as little as 15 minutes if it’s for one or two items. If you order more than that, it may take a bit longer because we make everything fresh to order. When you check out, you’ll be asked to choose a pickup time. Your earliest pickup time will be calculated on the size of your order and the time you place it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. For catering orders, we also accept company checks. Additionally, we offer house accounts for frequent customers who prefer that we bill them monthly. To learn more about our house accounts, give us a call.
Yes! A special requests field is on all our menu items online, so you can tag any item with a special request when adding it to your cart. If you have a request that you can’t enter this way, please give us a call at 206-264-7900. We’ll make sure to take care of these requests.
