What comes in our box lunches?

Our box lunches contain a fresh baked cookie, Izze beverage, Tim’s Cascade chips for the sandwiches and wraps and fresh baked ciabatta bread and butter for the salads with mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and napkin and utensils.

What’s the difference between the catering and cafe menus?

Our catering menu is designed for upcoming meetings and events and includes delivery to your meeting location. Our cafe menu is designed for same-day, to-go orders and is available for priority pickup from our cafe.

How soon in advance should I place my catering order?

Catering orders need to be placed online at least a day in advance. If you do have a same day order, please call our catering department at 206.264.7900 and we’ll do our best to facilitate your request.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Is there a minimum order size or delivery fee?

Yes, there is a $50 minimum order size for delivery, and a $5.00 fee on delivered orders. Of course, if you choose to pickup your order from our cafe there is no minimum order size and no delivery fee.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver from NorthGate to Georgetown, West Seattle and Downtown Bellevue. If you think you might be outside of our delivery zone, give us a call at 206.264.7900 for confirmation.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept company checks and we offer house accounts for frequent customers that prefer to be billed monthly. To learn more about our house accounts give us a call.

What are the benefits of setting up a house account?

It’s convenient, checkout is fast, multiple employees in your organization can be tied to the same account, and we do all the billing for you! To learn more about our house accounts give us a call.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. Call our catering department at 206.264.7900 if you need to make adjustments to your order or cancel your order altogether. Note that last minute adjustments may incur a fee if we’ve already begun production on your order.

Can I cancel today’s order?

You can cancel your order ONLY BY CALLING, NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS! Call 206.264.7900 12 hours before your scheduled order to avoid any charges. Orders canceled after the 12 hour cancellation window are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled same day after 8am and will be processed and delivered as normal.
